Taxes, shipping charges, store credits, and purchases made before the program launch are excluded.
Hot Cash is added to your account after your order has shipped in full.
Tier status is based on qualifying annual merchandise spend beginning August 5th, 2026.

Yes. Creating a Yandy account and joining Yandy Rewards is completely free.
No. Purchases made before the program launch date of August 5th, 2026, do not count toward tier qualification or earn Hot Cash.
You earn Hot Cash on every eligible merchandise purchase at the rate assigned to your membership tier. You may also earn additional Hot Cash by reviewing purchased products and completing other eligible activities shown in your account.
Hot Cash becomes available after your order has shipped in full and may be used for 30 days from the date it is issued.
You may redeem Hot Cash for up to 75% of the qualifying merchandise subtotal in an order.
If an order is returned, any Hot Cash earned from the returned merchandise will be prorated and deducted from your balance.
