This teddy is adjustable on top and slightly stretchy/fitted on bottom. I am 5'2 140 lbs bottom heavy and the Medium fits. This brand Roma is small on hips via their reported sizing, but with how this stretches I call it true to size. For me the top is large but since it adjusts via ribbon tie it works fine.
