I bought a size medium for Halloween. I followed the size chart and it fits perfectly! Because I have wide hips, so tutu skirt rests on top of my hips. I have a fairly long torso so that wasn't a problem. The removable straps were great, which made the costume easy to wear with a regular black bra. I also highly recommend wear black shorts or hot pants underneath because the tutu skirt holds up fairly well.
