I bought this costume as my second one for this Halloween. I ordered this on Oct 11 and it was in my mailbox by Oct 13, so props to yandy for getting things out efficiently. As for the costume itself... I love it. I am a size 6 in dresses and the sizing says that would be a 26-27in waist! I can say I do not have a 27 in waist, but it still fit and wasn't too snug either. I was glad to see the skirt wasn't too long either. I am pairing this costume with petticoat, knee highs, and some chunky heels. Great costume!
