SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received by 5:00PM Pacific time will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday not including Holidays. Signature is required on all packages in order to avoid lost packages. We are not responsible for orders where the customer did not fill in their address correctly.
The Following dates are shipping holidays for 2008. No orders can be shipped on these dates.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHOD
Yandy.com uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail as the standard shipping method. International, APO, and PO Box orders are shipped using the Postal Service as well. All 50 United States and US Territories will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail once orders are shipped provided that a valid e-mail address is given during checkout. Tracking information is not available for APO addresses. Orders will be received within an average of 2-3 business days from the ship date. Orders may also be received on Saturday depending on the hours of operation of your local Post Office. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is very fast, the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Express Shipping at an additional charge as indicated below. If you are unable to sign after the attempted deliveries a notice may be left to pick the package up at the post office.

OPTION 1: FEDEX INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
International orders using FedEx will be received within an average 2-5 business days depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. Yandy.com is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred by the customer. This method is more expensive. However, TRACKING INFORMATION IS GIVEN ON THIS METHOD AS LONG AS THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED IS VALID.

OPTION 2: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail with an average delivery time of 4-6 business days to the customs office. All orders must go through customs in the country of destination for an unknown period of time. Yandy.com is not responsible for the duration of time customs holds orders beyond 4-6 business days. Yandy.com is not responsible for any customs charges that may be issued by customs. THIS OPTION HAS NO TRACKING AVAILABLE AND CAN TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE.
