Shipping FAQ’s

• Minimum $70.00 purchase to qualify for Free Flat Rate Shipping does not include expedited shipping methods or non US shipping destinations.

• Your order confirmation clearly states the Delivery Spread or Guaranteed Delivery Date.   

• We offer Overnight Express, USPS 2-3 Priority, UPS 2-Day, UPS 3-Day and UPS Ground at an additional charge.  Shipping fees are calculated in your online shopping cart.

• Yandy.com uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground as the standard shipping flat rate shipping method, with this method we determine the best method.

•  Only orders shipping within the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or to an APO qualify for Free Shipping

• APO and PO Box shipments must ship using the United States Postal Service Only no UPS. No express service is available to APO/FPO addresses.  

•  Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.

• Tracking information is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

• If you are unable to sign after the attempted deliveries a notice may be left to pick the package up at the post office or arrange a delivery with UPS.

Guaranteed Delivery Methods

• UPS & USPS Express Delivery options are guaranteed unless noted above in the Ship Time Delivery Date Box.

• Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Yandy.com’s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

• Guaranteed delivery will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular locations.  Hawaii & Alaska have limited overnight service.

• Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.

• All orders received by 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday* not including Holidays.    *Overnight Saturday Delivery exception please see below

Overnight Saturday Delivery 

•  UPS is used for all Guaranteed Delivery orders except overnight express packages shipping out on Friday.    Overnight deliveries for Saturday are shipped USPS Express. This is done to save our customers the extra service charges applied by UPS for weekend delivery.   Not all locations are available for Saturday Delivery.  Check your Area for Saturday Delivery Eligibility

• Express orders received by 2:30pm Pacific Time/ 5:30pm Eastern Friday ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. 

• Express orders will be received in the next business day and you will receive detailed tracking information via e-mail provided you include a valid e-mail address with your order.

What if I am unable to Locate my Delivered Package?

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly?

Yandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer.  The address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label.  Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and / or any other necessary shipping information.

The Yandy computer generated shipping tool creates the label based on the zip code provided.

If you notice an error, please contact Yandy ASAP to correct the address.  If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track.

UPS and USPS, the United States Postal Service, will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident.  As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as “In Care of” / C/O the resident of the shipping address.

Yandy is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.  If your package is returned to Yandy, there is a $5.95 fee to have the package reshipped.  If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Yandy will only refund the merchandise charges, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.

Yandy International Shipping Options

Yandy is able to ship to UPS International Priority to most countries throughout the World. ** 

1.     Canadian Customers can select UPS International Priority or United States Postal Service International Priority

2.     All other Countries are shipped to using UPS International Priority

3.     The cost of shipping vary - it depends on how much you have purchased and where is it will be shipped to.
You can calculate cost of shipping by adding the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.  Then select shipping country and shipping method you can see the cost and delivery dates on the left side of the screen.

4.     Most International orders take 2- 5 Business Days to deliver, depending on your Country’s customs and the size of the town the order is shipping to.   International Shipping is NOT a guaranteed method of shipping.

**All international orders have to go through Google Checkout. Yandy has partnered with Google Checkout to process all international credit cards since Yandy does not accept non US issued credit cards.

 If you do not have a Google Checkout Account you will be asked to create one.
There is no fee involved. You pay with a credit card - VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express - we Do Not accept PayPal.
If you want to know if Yandy will ship to your country please select your country as the "SHIP TO COUNTRY".
If your country is not listed unfortunately Yandy DOES NOT ship to your country.

International Shipping Policy

All International orders will ship using UPS International Service.  The average shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to.  This method has proven to be the Best way to insure that your package arrives in a secure and timely manner.  Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.        

• You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Yandy.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Yandy.com is not responsible for these additional charges.

• The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.    Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

• If you chose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, Yandy will decided to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States.  As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount.  In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase.    If Yandy chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.
