Guaranteed Delivery Methods
What if I am unable to Locate my Delivered Package? Yandy needs to be contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the UPS or USPS tracking systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact Yandy immediately. Your Order Confirmation supplied you with the delivery dates, and ability to track your package via the UPS or USPS tracking systems. Failure to notify Yandy ASAP because you are unable to locate your delivered package results in the lost / stolen package as your responsibility.
What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly? Yandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. The address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label. Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and / or any other necessary shipping information. The Yandy computer generated shipping tool creates the label based on the zip code provided. If you notice an error, please contact Yandy ASAP to correct the address. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track. UPS and USPS, the United States Postal Service, will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident. As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as “In Care of” / C/O the resident of the shipping address. Yandy is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. If your package is returned to Yandy, there is a $5.95 fee to have the package reshipped. If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Yandy will only refund the merchandise charges, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
Yandy International Shipping Options Yandy is able to ship to UPS International Priority to most countries throughout the World. ** 1. Canadian Customers can select UPS International Priority or United States Postal Service International Priority
2. All other Countries are shipped to using UPS International Priority
3. The cost of shipping vary - it depends on how much you have purchased and where is it will be shipped to.
4. Most International orders take 2- 5 Business Days to deliver, depending on your Country’s customs and the size of the town the order is shipping to. International Shipping is NOT a guaranteed method of shipping. **All international orders have to go through Google Checkout. Yandy has partnered with Google Checkout to process all international credit cards since Yandy does not accept non US issued credit cards. If you do not have a Google Checkout Account you will be asked to create one. International Shipping Policy All International orders will ship using UPS International Service. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. This method has proven to be the Best way to insure that your package arrives in a secure and timely manner. Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.
