Why is there $.10 Charge on my Credit/Debit Card?
To help reduce check fraud, scams and identity theft, Yandy places a $.10 transaction preauthorization to verify the cardholder’s information. There will be a $.10 preauthorization for each attempt made to checkout. If information the customer provided is invalid from what the cardholder’s financial institution has there will be a $.10 preauthorization for each attempt made to checkout. The $.10 charges are not charges at all, but a temporary preauthorizations done before charging the entire amount. Merchants such a gas stations, retailers, and hotels routinely complete preauthorizations as a way to verify that the card's information is valid before authorizing the total amount. The amount of $.10 is authorized so the card information can be checked without placing a large hold on the customer’s account. The $.10 will drop off the account automatically in 1 -3 business days.
Live Inventory System - Our site is designed to only allow you to order products we currently have in our warehouse. With our live inventory system, everything available on the site is in stock. Many companies you find online do not keep inventory on hand and choose to drop ship with a larger distributor, thus taking longer to get to you. We are not a drop shipper and because we choose not to drop ship, our customers receive their purchases more quickly than similar boutiques in the industry.
Same Day Shipping - We understand our customers. We get our products to our customers within an industry-best of two to three business days, including Saturdays in areas where the postal service delivers. We ship all orders within two hours of receiving them during business hours, even during our busiest of times. If someone orders Friday night they are 'wowed' when they receive their order on Monday.

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?
Yandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Yandy accounts and Pay Pal accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online. If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order Yandy must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. Yandy proud at the speed we ship. If we are not notified within an hour it is highly unlikely the correction can be made. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track.
Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information:
If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal resident the package most likely will be returned to Yandy as undeliverable. UPS, USPS-United States Postal Service, International Post or private courier will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident. As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address. If you are shipping to a business the address must include the business name along with the customer's name so that the post, UPS, and courier most likely will not deliver the package.
The Yandy's shipping labels are generated by a computerized shipping tool it creates the label based on the zip code/ postal code. If your zip or postal code is not corrected the shipping label may be created incorrectly. Yandy is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Yandy is not responsible for any lost packages that the address was incorrectly provided.
If your package is returned to Yandy, there is a $5.95 US or $7.95 International fee to have the package reshipped with basic service. You can upgrade to other shipping method for an additional fees.
If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Yandy will only refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to Yandy, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
What if I am unable to Locate my Delivered Package?
Yandy needs to be contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the UPS or USPS tracking systems. International shipping methods vary.
It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact Yandy immediately.
Your Order Confirmation supplied you with the delivery dates, and ability to track your package via the UPS or USPS tracking systems. Failure to notify Yandy ASAP because you are unable to locate your delivered package results in the lost / stolen package as your responsibility.
All parcels are insured and there is a limited time frame to file a claim. If we are beyond the claim time frame Yandy is limited on the actions we can take. Please note the shipping address but be correct to file a claim.
How do I know you received my order?
When completing a purchase on Yandy an order confirmation screen should appear that says, "Thank you For Your Yandy.com Order". You are then asked to confirm the items in your order by checking the correct size, color, etc. have been selected and that all of the items you want are listed as well as the shipping address and shipping method chosen are correct. If this message appears, we have received your order. If you notice an error in your order, you must notify Yandy immediately or the order will be shipped as received by our internal system when the order was placed.
I am missing my free panty.
As a thank you for your patronage, Yandy offers a free panty with every order. If you have not received your free panty please confirm that your requested size is listed on your order confirmation. If the free panty is listed please contact Yandy so that we may remedy the situation.

Can I return my shoe purchase?
If the boots or shoes you purchased do not fit they can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in the original packaging, within 15 (fifteen) days of the purchase date. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or if the packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee Please note do not apply tape or labels directly to the shoe boxes, wrap in a shipping paper or in a shipping carton.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
First, please check your Spam account as our emails occasionally end up there. If you still have not received your confirmation email it may be due to a spelling mistake when inputting your email address in to your order. If when placing your order you received the message saying, " Thank You For Your Yandy.com Order," then we did receive your order. Please contact our customer service team with your confirmation number and they will be able to assist in remedying any issues with your confirmation email.
Why was I not able to select my size/color choice?
Please check the details provided for the item to determine if the item comes in the size you wish to purchase. "One size fits most" items will not have a size selection available. If a specific item states that it is "out of stock" we do not currently have that item in our warehouse ready for shipping and you will not be able to add the item to your shopping cart. Yandy is committed to only offering customers the ability to purchase an item we know we have in stock. Billing address? What is this? Are you going to send me a bill?

How discreet will the packaging be that you ship my order in?
At Yandy we understand the need for discretion. All merchandise shipped from Yandy is packed in nondescript pouches or boxes provided by the United States Postal Service. In addition, our business name is not included on the return address label. The only exception to this is the Club Yandy packaging, which comes in a box with our name and logo displayed on the outside. How can I earn free shipping?
If you are located with in the United States and your order is at least $70.00, you will receive FREE standard shipping. By selecting this option, the order will be received in approximately 2 - 5 business days depending on the location.
How soon will my order ship?
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. With the exception of weekends and shipping holidays, we ship all orders before 4pm Pacific time. All evening orders are shipped the next business morning by 10am, Arizona time.

Unfortunately, we do not allow back orders. This is because manufacturers are only able to give estimates as to arrival dates of items. How can I receive my exchange faster?
All exchanges are processed within 2 business days after they are received back at Yandy. However, if you are in need of your exchange quicker than our traditional turn around time you may want to consider placing a new order for the item you need. And returning the original item for refund.
Bustier - Corset like garment, but lighter in weight and without the heavy structure of a corset. Bustiers are usually shorter than corsets, ending at the waist, and are often worn on the outside rather than strictly as an undergarment. Some come with G-String, thong or panty.
Charmeuse - A fine, semi-lustrous, satin-like, silky, soft material.
Corset - A close fitting undergarment often tightened with laces. Most corsets extend from the breasts to the hips, and are constructed to enhance the figure by cinching the waist, thereby enhancing the bust and hips. Most corsets are fitted with four or more adjustable garter straps to support the stockings of your choice.
Fence Net - A very large net design similar to that of a chain link fence and used for stockings.
G-String - A panty with a very thin (string like) band of fabric in the back.
Garter Hose - This refers to a garment where a waist band, garter straps and stocking legs are permanently attached in one piece, simulating the use of a garter belt and stockings, but in fact being a one piece garment. Reinforced - The sections of a garment that have been strengthened by double knitting to provide additional durability. This usually resulted in a darkening of the area, which is then considered a design feature.
Silicone - A rubber like polymer, which maintains its elasticity over a wide range of temperatures. Used inside the lace top of hold-up stockings to cling to the skin and help keep the stocking up without garters
Stockings - Although the popular use of this word has come to be "anything worn on the legs" (i.e. pantyhose, hold-ups or tights), we will stick with the more traditional definition. Stockings, as referred to on this web site, are the traditional style that are put on individually and attached at the top to a garter for support. These can come in plain top, satin top, or lace top, but should not be confused with hold-ups, which stay up by themselves.
Teddy - A woman's undergarment combining a camisole top and panties.
Tights - These are pantyhose made of a heavier denier in opaque or semi-opaque materials. They are usually dyed in deep colors and are more sporty and durable than pantyhose.
