We hope you enjoy your new Yandy merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you return your items new and unworn item(s) for store credit, refund, or exchange. All qualifying return merchandise must be to Yandy within 30 days of purchase. Please view excluded items below. There are separate return/exchange policies in place for Holiday items Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
Exclusions to Return policy
Yandy does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Items that have been laundered.
Unsealed body stockings
Items with tags removed.
Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.

What is your Halloween Return Policy?

All costume purchases made during September 25th and November 1st can be returned for Store Credit Only and returned within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges or refunds. All exclusions apply.
What is the Yandy Bra Collection Return Policy?
All bras from the Yandy Bra Collection are part of the Yandy Fit Guarantee and can be returned within 30 days of purchase regardless of reason. Please use our online return authorization to obtain your free return label.
What is the Christmas Return Policy?
Returns of Christmas themed items purchased between November 21st and December 31st (of each year) must be post marked by January 7th (of the following year) to be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
What is the Valentine’s Return Policy?
Returns of Christmas themed items purchased between January 15st and February 14th (of each year) must be post marked by February 24th (of the following year) to be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Easy Returns: How can I process my return online?
Go to www.yandy.com/returnauthorization and Print confirmation page. A copy is also emailed to you.
Please try to reuse the original shipping package. Pack items including the return authorization paperwork in the package. SHOES: Please do not apply tape or labels to the shoe boxes, wrap in shipping paper or place the box in a shipping bag. A $10 fee will be applied if the shoe box is damaged or missing.
Return your package for processing. An USPS return label was included with your packing slip if you are within the United States. If you choose to use our USPS pre-paid return we will deduct $4.95 from your refund or store credit. Free Exchanges - If you are exchanging your Yandy items there is no fee for use of the shipping label. If you are outside the US or you want to use your own shipping method at your expense. We strongly recommend adding delivery and / or signature confirmation. Please address the return package as:

Returns and exchanges are generally processed by Yandy within 14 days of receipt. Please note, during seasonally high-volume periods (such as Halloween Christmas, and Valentine’s Day) it can take up to 21 days to process a customer return.
When will I receive my Store Credit?
Store credit will not be available until your return is processed. Store Credit cannot be applied to an existing order and must be used at the time of purchase. The gift card is ready for immediate use once issued.
When will I receive my Refund?
If you selected refund, we will credit your account when your return is processed
Free Exchanges- you can use the USPS return label free of charge Free Returns and Free Shipping on replacement. If you selected Exchange, you will be able to exchange for the same item in a different size or color. You cannot exchange for a different item, but you can select store credit or refund to purchase a new item. We will exchange and ship your new item within 3 business days of receipt of return products. We will ship the replacement item(s) free of charge with our Premium Shipping method.
Can I return items on an order I already did an exchange or return on?
You can exchange or return multiple items on an order but you cannot make multiple exchanges on the same order. We can only issue one RA# per order. You cannot make repeated returns on the same order.
Can I return only a portion of an item set?
No, all items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
Can I return shoes or boots?
If the boots or shoes you purchased do not fit they can be returned if they are unworn and in the original packaging, within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or if the packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee Please note do not apply tape or labels directly to the shoe boxes, wrap in a shipping paper or in a shipping carton. There is also a 15% restocking fee for any shoe that is refused or returned without a Return Authorization.
How will I know Yandy received my return or exchange?
Yandy will email you when your exchange or return has been processed. The email is sent to the email address on the order.
Do I have to pay for the shipping cost for my new exchanged item from Yandy?
No, Yandy will ship your newly exchanged item free of charge. The items will be shipped flat rate (2 -5 business days). If you need expedited shipping the customer must pay for additional shipping charges for the upgrade.

When do my Rewards Expire?
Yandy Rewards Dollars expire 30 days from original purchase or completed product review. You can log into your account to view your reward balance and expiration dates.
Yandy Reward dollars cannot be applied to an order already placed and assigned an order number. If need assistance Yandy Customer Care can place a phone order for you and apply your reward dollars only if your payment method is a direct credit card payment
How do I apply my Rewards?

YANDY SIZING GUIDE
Yandy knows to feel comfortable, and look great, you need to find the right fit. The lingerie, activewear, dresses, swimwear, and sexy costumes Yandy offers are all form fitting and tend to run small compared to standard dress, pant, and letter sizing.
Each Product we offer has distinct sizing standards a unique size chart for each item is supply on the product description page.
It is important to know your measurements to find the best fit.
- To find the most accurate sizing you must have your bust, waist, and hips measurements.
- Do not use your normal letter, jeans or dress sizes. There is too much variation between designers.
- Yandy offers numerous brands and designers as a result a distinct size chart is located on each item's description page.

- If you are between sizes it is always better to go larger. You can always take it in. Please keep in mind your bust measurement is not your bra size. It is the measurement of the fullest part of your chest. If you use your bra size it will be too small.
- One Size Fits Most items are suggested to fit 90lbs - 140lbs. If you are XS, SM, MED, and sometimes LG – a one size fit most should work for you.
- One Size Fits Most Plus or Queen items are if you have more curves. It is suggested to fit 160lb - 225lbs or a size LG, XL, 1X, 2X, and sometimes a 3X.
- Corset Sizing. You must measure yourself! Don’t Guess! Corset can be one of the hardest pieces of apparel to size. When fitting for a corset, base your purchase off your bust measurements, not your bra size. Your bust is the total circumference of the fullest part of your bust. Select a corset that meets your size requirements, do not purchase a smaller sized corset thinking it will provide more of an hourglass shape. It will be just too tight and unusable. If you select a corset too large it will be too loose to provide the curvy hourglass shape. If you are in between sizes select one sizes down so the corset is extra tight and laces can be used to make any adjustments.

Can I opt for a local pickup?
Yes, if you are in the Phoenix, AZ area, you can opt for a local pickup. To do so, you will need to make special arrangements with our customer service team. A customer service agent will need to place the order for you and provide a pick-up time and directions to our warehouse.

What Payment methods do you accept?
Yandy does not accept personal checks. Yandy accepts most major debit or credit cards through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Amazon Pay, and Pay Pal. We accept some Pre-paid cards; American Express gift cards tend to be more reliable. We do not offer COD, money order, or pay by check.
What currency is listed on the website?
Yandy is a United States based company. All price values are displayed as US Dollar. You can use an online exchange rate converter to see another country's currency. Most credit card issuers charge currency conversion fee for foreign purchases made with their credit card, debit, and check cards. Yandy is not responsible for these fees. The conversion fees are an agreement between you and your financial institution. You would need to contact your credit card issuer to confirm what the rates is.
Why is there $.10 Charge on my Credit/Debit Card?
Yandy places a $.10 transaction preauthorization to verify the cardholder’s information. There will be a $.10 preauthorization for each attempt made to checkout. If information the customer provided is invalid from what the cardholder’s financial institution has there will be a $.10 preauthorization for each attempt made to checkout. The $.10 charges are not charges at all, but a temporary preauthorization done before charging the entire amount. The $.10 will never post and is immediately voided.
Why was there a price adjustment?
All store prices are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of purchase and fulfillment is the final price. The order confirmation and shopping cart reflects the current price. Prices of items at the time of order and fulfillment reflect the current price. The price does not change on a completed order.
What are your Terms & Conditions of Discounts?
Discount links and promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limit one discount link per order. Discounts are not valid on Price Reduced and Clearance items that have a posted price reduction.
The total purchase price including the applied discount link must meet the minimum purchase amount to qualify for Free Premium Shipping. If the discount applied drops you below minimum amount you are responsible for the shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise. Promotional offers are not valid on out-of-stock items.
Yandy does not honor a promo code, coupon, or discount link on an unsupported Yandy website.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
First, please check your Spam or promotions folder as our emails occasionally end up there. If you still have not received your confirmation email it may be due to a spelling mistake when inputting your email address in to your order. Please contact customer care 800-883-0860 to confirm that your order was placed.
When will an item be back in stock?
If an item on our web site says that it is out of stock, you can be notified of when the product will return to stock by clicking the "Notify Me" link on the product page. An email will be sent to you when the product returns in stock. Occasionally our customer service team can indicate when a specific item will return to stock. What is a Pre-Order Item?
Yandy offers a pre-order option on designated products. A pre-order product is an item that is purchased prior to stock availability. The customer is provided an estimated ship date for the product at the time of purchase.

Yandy offers seasonal catalogs with featured items. Our full catalog of items is only offered online.

Where do I check my Order Status?
You can check the status of your order online at any time by clicking Help and select Where's My Order. Enter your email or order and zip code of where the order is being shipping. Once your order is shipped, up-to-date tracking information is displayed.
Where are my shoes?
Shoes are shipped from a different location and ship the following business day. Therefore, the transit time is 1 day longer than non-shoe purchases. Also shoes cannot be shipped outside the continental US.
How discreet will the packaging be that you ship my order in?
At Yandy we understand the need for discretion. All merchandise shipped from Yandy is packed in pouches or boxes with our name and logo displayed on the outside. If you still have concerns as to the amount of discretion used in shipping packages from Yandy, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-883-0860 or 602-732-7350 or by email at email@example.com.
How can I earn free shipping?
If you are located within the United States and your order is meets our minimum value requirement, you will receive FREE Premium Shipping. By selecting this option, the order will be received in approximately 2 - 4 business days depending on the location.
How soon will my order ship?
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Except for weekends and shipping holidays, we ship all orders before 5pm Pacific time.
When will I receive my order?
At Yandy, we pride ourselves in offering the fastest shipping available. Our shipping department ships all orders within hours of being placed the same business day, during normal business hours. When your order is received is dependent upon which of our shipping methods you opted for upon check out.
What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?
We apologize that you are having trouble locating your package that delivered to the location you provided Yandy. We know that the delivery of your package is important and we want you to receive your products. Please take the take the following steps.
Please confirm that your address was listed correctly. Did you for forget an Apartment #, Unit #, or Ste #?
Look around your front door area - carriers often leave packages in an inconspicuous spot.
If you live in an apartment could the package be at your leasing office?
Do you have cluster mailbox where the post office leaves a notice or key to a large mailbox for oversized packages?
Did you ship the package to a location that you are not listed as a resident?
Did you ship to a business without the business name?
Did you ship to a friends or families address not in their name in care of?

Yandy requests that we are contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the UPS or USPS tracking systems. International shipping methods vary.
It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact Yandy immediately.
Your Order Confirmation supplied you with the delivery dates, and ability to track your package via the UPS or USPS tracking systems. Failure to notify Yandy ASAP because you are unable to locate your delivered package results in the lost / stolen package as your responsibility.
All parcels are insured and there is a limited time frame to file a claim. If we are beyond the claim time frame Yandy is limited on the actions we can take. Please note the shipping address but be correct to file a claim.
What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or with missing information?
Yandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Yandy accounts, Pay Pal, and Amazon accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online. If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order Yandy must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. Yandy is proud at the speed we ship. If we are not notified within an hour it is highly unlikely the correction can be made. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track.
Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information:
Dorm Numbers / Campus mail box numbers
If your package is returned to Yandy, there is a $6.95 US or $7.95 International fee to have the package reshipped with basic service. You can upgrade to other shipping methods for an additional fees. If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Yandy will only refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to Yandy, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
My Address is correct but the tracking states the package is undeliverable?
If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal resident the package most likely will be returned to Yandy as undeliverable. UPS, USPS-United States Postal Service, International Post or private courier will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident. As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address. If you are shipping to a business the address must include the business name along with the customer's name so that the post, UPS, and courier most likely will not deliver the package.
The Yandy's shipping labels are generated by a computerized shipping tool it creates the label based on the zip code/ postal code. If your zip or postal code is not correct the shipping label may be created incorrectly. Yandy is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Yandy is not responsible for any lost packages that the address was incorrectly provided.
If your package is returned to Yandy, there is a $5.95 US or $7.95 International fee to have the package reshipped with basic service. You can upgrade to other shipping methods for an additional fees. If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Yandy will only refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to Yandy, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
How long does it take for the package to be returned as undeliverable?
UPS usually returns a package within 1 week back to Yandy. USPS/Post and private international couriers can take up to 180 days if not longer before they are returned. Undeliverable, refused, and unclaimed packages are given no priority to be returned to Yandy but the service partner. Please be patient. Yandy will contact you when the package is returned.
Why is my packaged delayed?
Reasons for Possible Delay:
Invalid or incomplete address- We ship to the address you provided on your order and is listed on your confirmation email.
Did not supply a valid telephone number on order
Import Customs Delay - your country flags the "lingerie / costume import"
Not available when delivery is attempted
Delivery address does not have regular daily delivery service
Attempts made to deliver and no one is available to sign for the package
Do you offer Guaranteed Shipping?
UPS & United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express® options are guaranteed unless noted above in the Ship Time Delivery Date Box.
Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Yandy.com's control - such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, mechanical delays, weather delays and natural disasters.
Guaranteed delivery will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to locations. Hawaii & Alaska do not offer a guaranteed overnight method.
Tracking information is provided via email if the customer provided a valid email address.
All orders received by 4 PM Pacific Time will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday* not including Holidays. *Overnight Saturday Delivery exception please see below

What is Saturday delivery?
UPS and United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express® are used for Overnight Saturday Delivery. Not all locations are available for Saturday Delivery.
Saturday United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express® orders received by 1:30 pm Pacific 4:30 pm Eastern Friday ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. (Does not include HI, AK, PR, or US Virgin Islands)
UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery by 4:00 pm Pacific / 7:00 pm Eastern Friday ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays.
Express orders will be received in the next business day and you will receive detailed tracking information via e-mail provided you include a valid e-mail address with your order.

Does Yandy ship internationally?
Yandy ships worldwide. You can select your ship to county in the shopping cart. On the rare occasion if your country is not listed we do not ship to your country.
What is your International shipping policy?
Yandy offers various international shipping methods. The average shipping time is 2-16 business days, depending on the Country, the size of the town the order is shipping to and the shipping method selected.
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Yandy.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
We offer multiple international options, however, not all are available in every delivery location. Also, if the value of your package is a specific amount the shipping method may not be available.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Yandy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Yandy's original delivery estimates. Yandy.com is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties and fees.
If the customer chooses not to accept your package and pay for the taxes or fees, Yandy will decided to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result, all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If Yandy chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

What International shipping methods are available?
UPS International Expedited - 2-5 business days. Physical address required no Post office addresses or PO Boxes. Tracking and delivery confirmation. UPS international method has proven to be the best way to ensure that your package arrives in a secure and timely manner of 2-5 business days. UPS Tracking information is provided via email if the customer provided a valid email address.
Flat Rate Mail International- Average 10 -16 business days to most major cities. No tracking or delivery confirmation offered. Postal Delivery in most areas. This method is very cost effective if you are not in need of the items right away. The average shipping time is 10-16 business days, depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. This is an estimated time frame and not guaranteed. Some countries and locations can take additional time to deliver. This method allows shipment to PO Boxes.

What is delivery confirmation?
Delivery confirmation allows you find out the date and time your parcel was delivered or the time and date of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Sometimes there is limited tracking updates on where your package is during transit. The shipping method flat rate delivery confirmation is shipped usually via courier and a physical address is required. Delivery confirmation is not a tracking service. Parcel tracking and deliver confirmation are different services.
What is parcel tracking?
Parcel tracking is an online service to see the different activity on your order once it leaves Yandy's facility. Tracking will update at different points of time displaying sorting, shipping, custom clearance and package delivery to predict and aid delivery. Tracking will list when the package is delivered or when an attempt is made.
What does no tracking mean?
If you selected the flat rate method - the only updates you will see posted are when your package processed though the exporter in the US. When it states departed - that is the date your package left the US. There will be no other updates. Flat rate shipping is shipped via your local postal service in most cases. Please check where your mail is delivered for your parcel. This method of shipping can be shipped to a post office or PO Box.
