RETURN POLICY:

A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise postmarked back to us within 14 business days of receiving the items. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached and packaging Included. Hosiery may not be returned if packaging has been opened.  Please complete this Return/Exchange form in its entirety to ensure fast handling of your transaction.

• We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
• All returns will receive a refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
• We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchanges will be granted on all unworn merchandise returns postmarked back to us within 14 days of receiving the items.

• Please include a detailed description of the item you would like us to send including the SKU number, Size, and Color.
• Exchanges will be mailed out the same day we receive the returned merchandise via USPS Priority mail at no additional cost to the customer.
• A 1 time exchange order is allowed per invoice with the free shipping.  Any additional exchanges needed for the same order will be charged the normal shipping rate.

Mailing your Return/Exchange:

• Please include your name and order number for all returns.
• We recommend that items are returned with insurance and/or tracking to guarantee arrival. 
• It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
