Up-To-Date Order Status - You can check the status of your orders online at anytime by clicking the "Account Login" link at the top of the page or by visiting Yandy.com/account.  Once your order is shipped, up-to-date tracking information is displayed.

Live Inventory System - Our site is designed to only allow you to order products we currently have in our warehouse.  With our live inventory system, everything available on the site is in stock.  Many companies you find online do not keep inventory on hand and choose to drop ship with a larger distributor, thus taking longer to get to you.  We are NOT a drop shipper.

Same Day Shipping - All orders ship the same business day using Priority or Express shipping.  With some other online stores you can expect to wait days before your order actually ships.

Privacy and Security - We understand that many consumers are concerned about Internet security. •  Why was I not able to select my size/color choice?

Please check the details provided for the item to determine if the item comes in the size you wish to purchase.  "One size fits most" items will not have a size selection available.  If a specific item states that it is "out of stock" we do not currently have that item in our warehouse ready for shipping and you will not be able to add the item to your online shopping cart.  Yandy is committed to only allowing a customer to purchase an item we know we have instock.  That is why our site keeps a live inventory. 

•  When will I receive my order?

We will do everything possible to get your items to you as soon as possible.  Any orders submitted prior to 5:00pm Pacific time on a business day will be shipped out on the same day.  If you choose the Priority Mail delivery service, the estimated delivery time within the United States is 2 to 3 business days.

•  Check, Money Order, or Paypal?

Yandy does not accept Paypal or checks.  We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  It does not matter if the card is Debit or Credit.  If you need to make special payment arrangements, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-883-0860 or 480-922-3955.  Or email us at , and we will do our best to assist you.

•  Gift Cards?

•  Billing address?  What is this?  Are you going to send me a bill?

No, but this step is important.  Your billing address needs to match the address shown on your credit card statement.  This is a security measure we use for protection against fraud.  Any fraudulent activity on Yandy.com is documented and reported to law enforcement.

•  How discreet is the packaging you ship my order in?

Yandy merchandise is shipped in very discreet packaging.  We use pouches or boxes provided by The United States Postal Service.  The return address does say "Yandy" and gives our physical address.  If this is a problem for you, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-883-0860 or 480-922-3955, or send us an email at

•  Can I do a local pickup?

•  How Can I Earn Free Shipping?

If you are in the United States and your retail order is at least $70.00, you will receive FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING!

•  How soon will my order ship?

We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. With the exception of Weekends and shipping holidays, we ship all orders before 5pm Pacific time.  All evening orders are shipped the next business morning by 10am Arizona time.

•  I did not receive my Confirmation Email.

This is usually caused by a spelling mistake in the email address.  We DID receive your order if you saw a message at the end of the checkout process that said "Thank You For Your Yandy.com Order".  Your email provider may have a spam filter that is blocking our confirmation email from getting to you.  If you are concerned about whether or not we received your order, please email us at or call us at 1-800-883-0860.

•  What is your Halloween Return Policy?

No refunds will be given on costume/shoe orders placed between October 1st and October 31st.  All exchanges must be received by October 15th.   After October 15th costume/shoe orders will not be issued a refund or exchange and will be refused.

•  What if the item I purchased does not fit?

If you are not happy with the fit of your item, you are welcome to return or exchange it.  All returns must include their original packaging and tags.  You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us, but Yandy will pay the shipping cost for one exchange per order.  For the courtesy of our other shoppers, please try on all items over your intimate apparel.

•  What if I do not like the item I purchased?

If you unhappy with your selection, you are welcome to exchange or return your purchased item(s).  For the courtesy of our other shoppers, please try on all items over your intimate apparel.  All returns must include their original packaging and tags.  You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us, but Yandy will pay the shipping cost for one exchange per order.

•  When will this item be back in stock?

If an item on our website says that it is out of stock, it really is.  Sometimes, we can tell you how soon we may expect it back.  If your heart is really set on something that is currently out of stock, please email our customer service team at or call us at 1-800-883-0860.

•  Can I back order an item?

Sorry, we do not allow back orders.  This is because manufacturers are only able to give estimates as to arrival dates of items.  We don't want to take our customers money, only to disappoint them when an item does not arrive on the estimated date.  We will be happy to give you an estimated date of arrival on any item on our website.

•  Can you send me a catalog?

Because we add new items to our website daily, it would be very difficult to maintain an up-to-date printed catalog.  In order to keep our prices low, we have chosen not to distribute a printed catalog at this time.

•  How can I receive my exchange faster?

All exchanges are processed the same day they are received back and shipped before 5pm Pacific time on that day.  If you are unable to wait for us to receive your exchange item back and ship out the new item, you may want to consider placing an additional order for the item you need and then returning the item you want to exchange the same day.  We will then issue a refund for the original item once it is returned.  However, it is important to let our customer service team know what you are doing so that we can help you avoid an extra shipping charge.  You may contact our Customer Service Team by calling 1-800-883-0860 or emailing us at

•  Lingerie Terms

Bustier - Corset like garment, but lighter in weight and without the heavy structure of a corset.  Bustiers are usually shorter than corsets, ending at the waist, and are often worn on the outside rather than strictly as an undergarment.  Some come with G-String, thong or panty.

Camisole or Cami - A short sleeveless undergarment for women.  A short negligee sometimes worn as an outer garment (depending on the material) or under a suit jacket.

Charmeuse - A fine, semi-lustrous, satin-like, silky, soft material.

Chemise - A loose-fitting dress type garment without a waist that hangs from the shoulders, typically with a short hemline.

Corset - A close fitting undergarment often tightened with laces.  Most corsets extend from the breasts to the hips, and are constructed to enhance the figure by cinching the waist, thereby enhancing the bust and hips.  Most corsets are fitted with four or more adjustable garter straps to support the stockings of your choice.

Cuban Heel - A rectangular designed reinforced heel, usually with a reinforced foot and back seam.

Fence Net - A very large net design similar to that of a chain link fence and used for stockings.

Fishnet - A smaller net design, which is taken from the construction of a fisherman's net, usually made of nylon or nylon-lycra blends.

G-String - A panty with a very thin (string like) band of fabric in the back.

Garters - The clips that attach to the top welt of the stockings are called garters.  Generally they are attached to an adjustable elastic strap, which is in turn attached to the garment worn on the waist or body, these are called garter straps.

Garter Belt or Garter Belts - These are garments made for the express purpose of holding up stockings.

Garter Hose - This refers to a garment where a waist band, garter straps and stocking legs are permanently attached in one piece, simulating the use of a garter belt and stockings, but in fact being a one piece garment.  You can see an example of this by searching Garterbelt Pantyhose on www.yandy.com

Opaque - The term given to stockings or tights when made of a higher density material, making them less transparent and appear more dense than the lighter choices.

Reinforced - The sections of a garment that have been strengthened by double knitting to provide additional durability.  This usually resulted in a darkening of the area, which is then considered a design feature.

Shelf Bra - Comes below the breast to just under the nipple.  It's usually supported and structured though the "boning" process which helps in uplifting the breasts for added cleavage.

Silicone - A rubber like polymer, which maintains its elasticity over a wide range of temperatures.  Used inside the lace top of hold-up stockings to cling to the skin and help keep the stocking up without garters

Stay Up Stockings - Stockings that stay up without the need for garters.  True hold-ups usually consist of a decorative stretch lace top, with a silicone band inside of the lace to help grip the leg.

Stockings - Although the popular use of this word has come to be "anything worn on the legs" (i.e. pantyhose, hold-ups or tights), we will stick with the more traditional definition.  Stockings, as referred to on this web site, are the traditional style that are put on individually and attached at the top to a garter for support.  These can come in plain top, satin top, or lace top, but should not be confused with hold-ups, which stay up by themselves.

Tap Pants - Very feminine boxer shorts.

Teddy - A woman's undergarment combining a camisole top and panties.

Thong - A panty with a small strip or band of fabric in the back.  Thongs have more material in the back than a G-string.

Tights - These are pantyhose made of a heavier denier in opaque or semi-opaque materials.  They are usually dyed in deep colors and are more sporty and durable than pantyhose.

Underwire - A strip of flatted steel-wire (or other man-made material) placed under the cups of the bra (sewn into the material) for added support.
